Love this App! Easy to use, beautiful artworks, works like a charm. The only thing I would wish for in a future update would be a function to tag artworks and add them to a personal folder, i.e. the possibility to create my own personal collection and have a list of my favorite pieces...

I try to select a folder to choose wallpapers from, but it never properly finds the images - while it does show that the folder got added, the app has no indicator that a scan is even running, so I can only guess that it's silently crashing in the background. Could be the number of images (to be fair, the folder contains well above 1500 images), could be an issue with a file that causes it to crash along the way, or whatever, but other wallpaper apps don't have that issue.

Hintergrund nur auf Sperrbildschirm ?!? Edit: Antwort des Entwicklers: Android does not allow live wallpapers, such as Muzei Live Wallpaper, from being on the lock screen only. Unfortunately, there is nothing Muzei can do about that limitation.

This is an incredible app to personalize your Android experience on tablets, phones and even smartwatches running WearOS. There are various source plugins to use that allow for settings within those as well, so whether you like classic art, modern art or even digital-first modern popart from sources such as danbooru, pixiv or such, you'll be in luck! You can also add widgets with art downloaded so if the wallpaper or lockscreen should be set to something else, np! Foldables are also supported!

I loved this app for years but seems the support ended and now there are no new wallpapers for the art module. 😔

Doesn't show custom pictures at my tablet – they are just black. The GUI to select custom pictures is a bit odd to use.
